Persystence Holdings, LLC was founded in 2004 with the vision of combining “best of need” processes, metrics, tools, best practices, documentation, and training into comprehensive and flexible solutions designed to achieve Verifiable Confidence in IT deployment for its Fortune 1000, governmental, and international clients.
In reaching this goal, it was important to avoid requiring our clients to invest in yet another expensive and disruptive software development methodology implementation.
Our solution is to adapt to the adopted methodology and cultural norms within a client by extending current practices, processes, and methodologies to “where the rubber meets the road” - ensuring that the de facto processes actually work efficiently and effectively in daily use, that their impact is measurable and accurate, and that they are poised for incremental and continuous improvement.
For a majority of our clients, these efforts are designed to dovetail into their software development improvement processes as they move from traditional stovepipe models to Service-Oriented Architectures and Cloud Service, and from traditional waterfall SDLCs toward Agile frameworks.
Tom brings 27+ years experience as a software professional spanning disciplines from Software Development to Program Management, and from Methodology selection, implementation and adoption to SDLC tools support and architecture. Tom brings this experience to the vision of creating superior value for Persystence’s clients by continuously maturing proven solution “building blocks” that can be flexibly blended to specific client needs. Designed for Agile Methodologies and SOA Architectures, these building blocks have been expanded to be useful for clients that have not yet adopted SOA or Agile methodologies.
As a founder/co-founder of 3 other ventures related to software development and software quality, Tom’s passion is to enable his clients to achieve verifiable confidence in deployment on-time and on-budget, whatever their methodologies are.
Tom is a recognized expert in deploying IT projects with verifiable confidence, with in-depth experience in the areas of performance, load/stress, reliability, and functional test automation, and the integration of multi-vendor quality solutions.
